Aachi Chilli Chicken Masala
A special South Indian preparation of a marinated and fried spicy chicken dish.
Preparation: Mix Aachi Chilli Chicken masala with 1 egg white and make a paste. Apply the paste over 1 kg cut chicken pieces. Keep it for 1 hour. No need to add salt. Fry the above in oil until golden brown. Garnish with onion and serve.
Ingredients: Chilly Powder, Corn our, Garlic, Cassia, Cloves, Edible Oil, Salt
